KG Realty Group has been a dream of mine for some time. When I joined RMA, this dream became more tangible. RMA offers me more freedom to build this TEAM out on my own terms, meaning I can offer more to my agents. They also have an amazing Escrow company who I love working with, in particular their Escrow Officer Veronica Nabors, because of their excellent communication skills with myself and my clients. All this helps me concentrate on helping my clients achieve one of their biggest dreams, which is to own their home. I take this very seriously as the task is so delicate; some have been saving their entire lives to own a piece of land to call home. Handing over the keys to years of hard work and dedication is a huge drive for myself, and I hope to encounter team members with the same drive and respect for the craft as I have learned. My biggest goal is to have 150 producing agents under KG Realty one day. My team is reliable, hardworking, and like family, I can’t wait to watch it grow!
